November Christmas tells the story of a young girl named Vanessa Marks, who is battling a serious illness. Her father, Tom Marks, quietly begins preparing for Christmas months early, hoping to give his daughter the joy of the holiday while she’s still well enough to enjoy it. As neighbors notice the early decorations, they rally together to support the family, creating a touching story of kindness, hope, and the magic of community.
Tom wanted to make the holidays come early for his daughter Vanessa, who was very sick. He quietly asked his neighbor, Jess Sanford (played by Sam Elliott), if he could buy pumpkins—and later Christmas trees. Jess soon realized that Tom was trying to give Vanessa the best Christmas ever, before it was too late.

Jess wanted to help. While looking for pumpkins, he reconnected with an old friend he hadn’t spoken to since his own son passed away. That friend invited Jess to be his best man at his wedding! Jess and his friend then secretly dropped off a truck full of pumpkins at Tom’s house.
Vanessa was so happy, she decided to throw a Halloween party! Her mom, Beth, said it was too early, but Tom said yes. Vanessa and her little brother Gordon started planning their costumes right away.
Tom invited Jess and his wife Claire to the party. Jess told Tammy, a kind waitress (played by Elizabeth McLaughlin) who was friends with Vanessa. Jess also gave Tom a box of Halloween decorations to help make the house spooky and fun.
On party night, Tammy brought all the kids from town to celebrate. Vanessa, who couldn’t go to school because of her illness, was thrilled to finally have friends to play with. Jess, Claire, and his old friend came too, bringing yummy food. Tammy told a ghost story that made everyone laugh and scream!

Later, Vanessa ran outside with her snow globe—and just then, snow began to fall! It looked just like the little girl inside the globe. Vanessa smiled with joy.Vanessa visited the Sanfords’ Christmas tree lot with her family. She hugged Jess and helped pick the town’s holiday tree. It was a moment full of love, hope, and holiday cheer.
