Joel Edgerton as Jason Dessen
Joel Edgerton plays Jason Dessen, a brilliant but unappreciated physicist and devoted family man. Jason, a college professor, gets trapped in the space between worlds. Jason finally tracks them down at the end of Season 1, but they aren’t safe for long.
In Season 2, Jason invades the Box again in search of his family, and this time he has to protect his wife and son as well. Known for: Loving, Warrior and The Great Gatsby.
Jennifer Connelly as Daniela Dessen
Jennifer Connelly plays Jason’s loving wife and Charlie’s caring mother, Daniela Dessen. She is a very creative person who wanted to be a professional artist, but she put her dreams aside to raise a family.
When Jason takes his place as her husband, Daniela is the first one to realize that something is wrong.

Alice Braga as Amanda Lucas

In reality, he is the CEO of Velocity Labs, the organization that created the Box and controls the distribution of drugs in alternate worlds. Leighton is determined to find the multiverse key after witnessing Jason’s escape from the facility, and his actions threaten to upset the entire balance of power in Season 2.

Amanda Brugel as Blair Caplan
Amanda Brugel portrays Blair Caplan, an eccentric bioethics lawyer who aids the Dessen family in the Season 1 finale. Blair represents the alternate reality version of the Dessen family in a law firm in Jason’s world.
She is also the lead engineer at Velocity Labs in Jason’s world and is responsible for manufacturing the Box. She is the survivor of the world ruled by giant insects, and the horrifying experience has made her emotionally detached and cynical.
Blair prepares to enter the Box in the Season 2 finale, intending to experience the multiverse over and over again.
