Kelli Finglass – Senior Director

Kelli Finglass is the senior director of the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders. She was a DCC cheerleader from 1984 to 1989 before becoming an assistant director. She became director in 1991 and has helped lead the team for decades.

Judy Trammell – Head Choreographer

Judy Trammell is the head choreographer of the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders. She was a DCC cheerleader from 1980 to 1984 before moving behind the scenes. She became head choreographer in 1991 and creates the team’s famous routines.
