Sandra Bullock as Sally Owens
Sandra Bullock returns as Sally Owens, the more careful and serious Owens sister. Sally has always been afraid of the family curse. She once tried to avoid love because she believed that any man an Owens woman truly loved would die young.
But Sally eventually fell in love with Michael and had two daughters. After his death, she blamed the family curse and tried to keep her daughters away from magic.
In the sequel, Sally goes even further to protect her children. She hides their magical history from them and removes their memories of witchcraft. However, when Kylie falls in love with Gideon and the curse appears again, Sally has to face the truth about the family magic.
Nicole Kidman as Gillian Owens
Nicole Kidman returns as Gillian “Gilly” Owens, Sally’s younger sister. Gillian is more adventurous and free-spirited than Sally. In Practical Magic 2, Gillian joins Sally on a journey to England after Kylie starts discovering secrets about the Owens family.
