Running Point Season 2 Story Overview
The promo shows the politics, struggles and leadership battles inside a sports team.
Isla Gordon is trying to prove herself, but the condition of the team is bad — lack of money, search for a coach and insider confrontation everything is at stake.
The biggest question is:
- Will Isla be able to change her image to lead the team to victory?

Running Point Season 2 is back with more energy. Isla Gordon, played by Kate Hudson, returns stronger than before. She wants to prove one thing. Game 7 was not luck. This time, she is fully focused. She wants her team to win everything. Her team, the Los Angeles Waves, are underdogs.
In Running Point Season 2, Isla faces more chaos. She gets help from her best friend Ali. Ali is played by Brenda Song. Ali helps manage the team and players. But this season, she may want more for herself.
