Squid Game Season 3 story
After a failed rebellion, Kang No-eul shoots Player 246, Gyeong-seok, but does not kill him. She pretends to help the organ traffickers so she can get into their operating room.
Seong Gi-hun is brought back alive to the dormitory. There, he learns that all the rebels have been killed, except Cho Hyun-ju and Kang Dae-ho. A new vote is held, and the players decide to continue the games.

Gi-hun is still shaken and blames Dae-ho for the rebellion failing. The players are then forced to walk past the bodies of the executed rebels. After that, they are given roles for a deadly new game — a violent version of Hide-and-Seek.
In this game, armed taggers hunt the hiders, who must find exits using three different types of keys.
Before the game starts, Dae-ho argues with Gi-hun about the failed plan. Geum-ja and Jun-hee switch roles with Myung-gi and Yong-sik, becoming hiders. Myung-gi, though unhappy, teams up with Nam-gyu as a tagger.
Meanwhile, Jun-ho’s team continues searching for the island with a new drone operator. Woo-seok secretly investigates Captain Park, while Hwang In-ho orders Park to kill them if needed.
After Gyeong-seok recovers, No-eul kills the doctor so no one can reveal the truth. Inside the maze game, Hyun-ju, Geum-ja, and Jun-hee work together to survive. At the same time, Myung-gi and Nam-gyu, acting as taggers, kill many hiders. They do this to remove attackers and also to increase the prize money. Seon-nyeo is betrayed by Player 100, Jeong-dae, and is killed by Min-su. Min-su is hallucinating and sees Se-mi because he is affected by drugs left behind by Nam-gyu.

During the chaos, Jun-hee hurts her ankle and suddenly goes into labor. While Hyun-ju fights off attackers, Geum-ja helps Jun-hee give birth to her baby. Tragically, just after Hyun-ju finds a possible escape, she is killed by Myung-gi. When Myung-gi sees Jun-hee holding her newborn, he feels deep guilt and walks away instead of killing them.
Meanwhile, Gi-hun, now filled with anger and acting as a tagger, hunts down Dae-ho. Dae-ho admits that he lied about his military past and betrayed the rebellion because he was scared. Furious, Gi-hun strangles Dae-ho to death. Near the end of the game, Yong-sik, who failed to kill any hiders, almost kills Jun-hee. To save her, Geum-ja stabs Yong-sik, and the guards then shoot and kill him. Overwhelmed by guilt for the rebels’ deaths, Gi-hun tries to take his own life, but the guards stop him.
During the game, Player 096 blocks the way and refuses to move, so Gi‑hun kills him in self‑defense. Myung‑gi tries to get close to Jun‑hee, but she rejects him because he killed Hyun‑ju and shows her injured foot. As the clock runs out, Jun‑hee gives her baby to Gi‑hun and sacrifices herself. The VIPs decide the baby can stay in the game as Player 222. Gyeong‑seok and No‑eul manage to escape the island, but guards chase them.

Back in the dormitory, the news that the baby replaces Jun‑hee makes some players angry, and they try to hurt the child, but guards stop them. From then on, attacks outside the games are banned. Jeong‑dae’s group plans to kill Gi‑hun, the baby, and Min‑su in the next round, while Myung‑gi pretends to join them. Before the final round, In‑ho calls Gi‑hun and offers a secret deal to remove the other players, revealing he was secretly Oh Young‑il.
Somewhere else, Woo‑seok tells Jun‑ho about Captain Park’s role. Park kills most of Jun‑ho’s team but is badly wounded, and before dying, he admits the truth. Under orders from the Masked Officer, No‑eul goes back to the island after making sure Gyeong‑seok escapes.
Gi‑hun thinks about In‑ho’s plan to kill the last players, but he remembers Kang Sae‑byeok and decides not to do it. In‑ho remembers how he killed players back in the 2015 games when Oh Il‑nam gave the order. The next day, Gi‑hun, Myung‑gi, and the other finalists, including the baby, move on to the final game. No‑eul comes back to the island, makes the Officer delete all digital records of Gyeong‑seok, then kills him and destroys the paper records too.
The final game, called Sky Squid Game, has players push each other off high platforms in three rounds. Min‑su is knocked off in the first round. In the second, Myung‑gi pushes Player 336 and says he is the baby’s real father. Jeong‑dae’s group tries to use Player 039 as a sacrifice, but a fight breaks out and Players 203 and 353 die. Myung‑gi pushes Jeong‑dae off, and Player 039 ends his own life. Somewhere else, Jun‑ho saves Gyeong‑seok and kills the guards chasing him.
After destroying the records room, No‑eul thinks about ending her life but decides not to. Only Gi‑hun, Myung‑gi, and the baby are left. Myung‑gi plans to win by throwing the baby off before Gi‑hun can cross, but Gi‑hun makes it across. They fight, and Myung‑gi falls to his death, which doesn’t count because the game hasn’t started yet. Gi‑hun then begins the game and chooses to sacrifice himself by jumping off the platform.

His death shocks the VIPs, and In‑ho rescues the baby as the island is evacuated with the coast guard approaching. Jun‑ho, the VIPs, No‑eul, and the staff escape in time. Six months later, Gyeong‑seok reunites with his daughter and meets No‑eul, who plans to go to China to find her own daughter.
Cheol reunites with his mother, and Woo‑seok is freed from prison and wants to reopen Gi‑hun’s strong hotel. In‑ho leaves the baby and prize money with Jun‑ho, then travels to Los Angeles to meet Gi‑hun’s daughter, tell her about his death, and give her his belongings. There, he sees an American recruiter playing ddakji, showing that the games also exist in America.
