The Full Monty Movie Story

The story takes place in Sheffield, England, during the 1990s. It’s about six men who don’t have jobs anymore. Four of them used to work in a steel factory. He says their show will be even better because they will go ‘the full monty’—which means they will take off all their clothes.

The first man to join is Lomper, a guard at the old mill, who was very sad until Gaz and Dave helped him. Then they ask Gerald, their old boss, to join. Gerald is hiding the fact that he lost his job, but he agrees to teach them dance moves.
They hold auditions and pick two more men: Horse, who is older but dances well, and Guy, who can’t dance but has a special talent. Now there are six men in the group.
