Malik Elassal as Samir
Malik Elassal plays Samir, one of the main members of the friend group. He lives with his friends in his childhood home in Queens. Samir is kind and always tries to help his friends. However, he often overthinks simple problems and makes them much bigger.
Elassal is known for Joe Pickett, Resident Alien and The New Wave of Standup. Adults is his first leading television role.
Lucy Freyer as Billie
Lucy Freyer plays Billie, Samir’s childhood best friend and housemate. Billie is hardworking and likes to make people happy. At the start of the series, she has a job and seems to have her life under control.
After losing her job, Billie starts to question what she really wants from life. She also becomes involved with her former high school teacher, Andrew. Adults is Freyer’s first leading on-screen role.
Jack Innanen as Paul Baker

Amita Rao as Issa
Amita Rao plays Issa, one of Samir and Anton’s close friends. Issa is loud, energetic and full of different interests. She often moves from one job or project to another because she finds it hard to settle on one thing.
She is also very emotional and cares deeply about her friends. Issa is the person who brings Paul Baker into the group. Rao is known for Deli Boys and her work in Chicago’s improv comedy scene.
Owen Thiele as Anton
Owen Thiele plays Anton, the fourth main member of the friend group. Anton is confident, funny and very social. He has a strong ability to make friends with strangers, although this can sometimes get him into trouble.
